If your company already appears in HVACentric, use the free profile-review process rather than submitting a duplicate listing. Confirm what is correct, request changes, or send us the corrections and we’ll handle the update.

If the company is not listed, use Add Your Business. Standard listing submissions are reviewed before publication. Contractors who want a deeper profile can consider Premium after the correct company record is in place.

Use the company’s current legal or established public-facing name, official website, primary phone number, service location or clearly described service area, and an email address your team monitors.

Do not create a second listing for a department, campaign, tracking number, or nearby city unless it represents a genuine operating location. Accurate identity data helps customers and project teams reach the correct company and helps prevent duplicate profiles.

Select only services the company currently provides and can support publicly. If your team handles residential work but not large commercial systems, or repairs heat pumps but does not install them, clear boundaries are more valuable than a long undifferentiated list.

Service areas should be realistic. Statewide or multi-state coverage should not be claimed when the company normally works within a limited radius. Customers and project teams need to know whether an inquiry is likely to lead somewhere.

Licensing, insurance, certifications, factory authorization, union status, safety qualifications, financing, maintenance agreements, warranties, and emergency availability may influence a decision. Submit these details only when they are current and can be documented.

• Provide the issuing organization or relevant verification source.
• Distinguish company credentials from credentials held by one employee.
• Describe financing as available rather than guaranteed approval.
• State the limits of emergency hours, capacity, markets, or service areas when applicable.

Submit logos and photographs your company owns or has permission to publish. Clear images of the team, service vehicles, facility, and completed work help homeowners understand who they may be inviting to their property.

Avoid stock photography presented as company work, manufacturer images without publication rights, screenshots copied from other sites, or before-and-after images that cannot be tied to your business. HVACentric may request a source or ownership confirmation before publishing media.

A free profile review lets an authorized representative confirm or correct company information and complete ownership verification. Premium is an optional profile enhancement for contractors who want to add greater depth, including an expanded company story, specialties, equipment information, customer options, and approved media.

Payment does not purchase a positive rating, an endorsement, or an exception to the data standard. Pricing and the current Premium offer are explained on the Premium page so contractors can evaluate the options without pressure.

Review the profile when your company changes its phone number, website, address, ownership, service area, hours, emergency policy, credentials, or primary services. A polished profile that points to outdated contact information does not help anyone.

Corrections are reviewed before publication because the directory must remain dependable for homeowners and fair to the businesses represented. When possible, include the official page or document that supports the requested change.
