Do I have to pay to claim my HVACentric listing?
No. Claiming an existing listing and completing ownership verification are free. Premium is an optional enhancement for contractors who want a more complete company profile.
What happens after I pay?
We connect the payment to your selected listing, verify that you are authorized to represent the company, collect your profile information and owned media, and review everything before publication.
Is the $197 founding rate recurring?
Yes. Founding Premium is an annual subscription. The $197 annual rate remains available while the founding membership stays continuously active. You may cancel before renewal to avoid the next annual charge.
Does Premium improve my rating or guarantee placement?
No. Payment does not purchase a positive rating, an endorsement, or an exception to HVACentric’s research standards. Premium adds useful, approved depth to the profile.
What if my company is not listed yet?
Submit the company through Add Your Business. There is no charge to request a standard listing. Once the listing is reviewed and added, it can be claimed and connected to Premium.
Can I submit photos and company information?
Yes. Premium onboarding accepts your company story, specialties, service-area details, equipment brands, financing and warranty information, maintenance options, and links to company-owned photos and documents.
Is Lead Assist included with Premium?
No. Lead Assist will be a separate optional service. Continuously active Lead Assist members will qualify for the reduced $99 annual Premium rate, and Founding Premium members will receive priority access when Lead Assist opens.
